This is me, Ursula Gigliotti, a passionate aromatherapist, nature lover, and mom of a girl. But also an entrepreneur and founder of the Swiss brand Babyduft natural aromacare®.
Due to my job as a spa consultant, I traveled a lot with my family, yet our daughter always slept well and was relaxed. The secret? As an aromatherapist, I specialize in relaxing babies and toddlers, but you can read below how the idea for baby fragrance natural aromacare® came about.
"I didn't wake up one day and think, I'm going to start a new baby care brand."
On the contrary, countless mothers have asked me what my secret is that our daughter is always so relaxed and sleeps well.
As an expat in Shanghai and Doha, I had a lot of contact with mothers of various nationalities. They were genuinely jealous that I didn't suffer from any sleep deprivation. Some of the mothers were so exhausted and desperate that they admitted to giving their children sleeping pills.
I was shocked by this statement, but also saddened by how far a mother can go when she's exhausted. So I made a decision: I would do everything in my power to develop the best relaxation therapy and baby care that would help mothers around the world enjoy a relaxed family life.
The secret is aromatherapy
As a qualified aromatherapist, I know the tremendous power of essential oils. However, not every oil is suitable for babies and toddlers, which often leads to misunderstandings. To make things as easy as possible for parents, I have developed an aromatherapy treatment in Switzerland, together with other specialists, that meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Since 2019, we have been developing and producing modern aromatherapy products in Switzerland that make the lives of parents and their children more relaxing.

The very first product was Sweet Dreams Body Oil, as contact with the child is an important component in sleep therapy. But many mothers asked me for a quick solution when time is tight. This is how the idea for the body spray was born. Its special features are the precious, highly relaxing ingredients such as rose, mimosa, sandalwood, vanilla, and lemon balm. We succeeded in developing an alcohol-free spray that can be sprayed onto the skin or onto a blanket or stuffed animal. The spray meets all safety criteria and is suitable for babies.

The relaxing formula of this body oil is very sophisticated and has a relaxing effect thanks to valuable essential oils such as rose and mimosa, and helps with stomach aches and colic thanks to Roman chamomile.
