If you have a severe cough, you should consult a doctor.
Dissolve 4 spoonfuls (measuring spoon included) of Babyduft® bath salt in hot water and fill the baby bath (approx. 15 liters) until the bath water reaches 37°C (use a bath thermometer). For children 1 year and older, add 5-6 spoonfuls.
A bath time of 5-10 minutes is perfectly adequate in the beginning. From one year onwards, it can be longer, as the Babyduft® Cold Bath doesn't dry out the skin.
Preparation tip:
Heat the room to at least 22°C.
Preheat the towel on the radiator.
Have everything you need during or after bathing within easy reach (washcloth, towel, fresh diaper, and clean clothes)
